管兴隆，笔名：管⽤，号：⽵官。出⽣于中国江⻄省赣州市于都县，毕业于华中科技⼤学。
就读中医学理论，与阴阳五⾏结下了深渊，对阴阳学说有着极其浓厚的兴趣，追溯中国古⽂化，品读国学深邃知识。拜于国内外/港澳等多位⽼师的精髓，精通梅花预测及六⽘⼀卦多断预测学。也善于⼋字命理学，阴阳宅⻛⽔勘测学，姓名学，择⽇择吉学等，曾任国学院校编。
在国内，有多过二十年实战及教学经验。是位有名的预测专家，多名学员来自世界各地来向他学习。
